These pages create a great user experience, as there's no need for a site-map or a huge navigation bar. It's just the key info, all in one place.

From an SEO perspective, make sure you keep all your content themed to the same core motif. This is because many search engines, like Google, summarise all the text on your page to figure out what this page is about. If your page isn't about one central theme, you can forget about ranking highly in Google.
